I live a considerable distance away and making it up the hill to handle things in person is a bit of a trek. My cousin recommended Brad as a reliable realtor who knew his stuff, and I now whole-heartedly 2nd that recommendation after going with him. Brad did an excellent job explaining the process of getting everything started over the phone, sent digital copies of required paperwork in a timely manner, and was very flexible and accommodating as far as my availability to get up there for him to view the property and exchange keys, etc. After that initial meeting, I did not need to go back up there again. We spoke on the phone frequently about offers and details. He found contractors to do a septic inspection and replacement, and helped facilitate billing them to escrow so we wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. After all was said and done (which was REALLY FAST - listed in early June, closed in late July), I got a fair price for the property and my family can move on from this somber moment in our lives. It was hard to see it go, but happy someone else will get to enjoy it and create memories there. Thanks, Brad!!!!
